1. On What Day Does My Age Division Play, and What Field Size Is Used?

2. How Long Does My Game Last, and What Ball Size Is Used?

3. Where Should Corner Kicks Be Taken?
Rule 8.6
- Under 12 (Boys/Mixed), Under 13 (Girls), Under 14 (Girls): Corner kicks are taken 7 metres from the penalty area.
- All Other Age Groups: Corner kicks are taken from the standard corner area.
4. How Are Teams Graded?
Rules 4.1, 4.2
- Clubs submit grading sheets with player details and histories.
- Grading Committees evaluate and send provisional grades to clubs.
- Clubs can appeal using the appropriate form.
- Final decisions are made by the Grading Committees.
5. How Many Games Are Played in a Season?

6. Are There Special Rules for Small-Sided Games (Under 6–11)?
Rule 1.5
- No points are recorded.
- Player swaps can occur at any time.
- Only the registered coach may coach from the sideline.
- No deliberate offside placement.
- All free kicks are indirect except for fouls in the penalty area.
7. How Do I Lodge a Match Protest?
Rule 1.15
- Protests must be lodged through your club by 5:00 PM on the Monday after the match.
- Include the required fee and details.
- Protests cannot dispute referee interpretations of the Rules of the Game.
8. What Do I Do With Match Sheets?
Rules 2.1, 2.2, 1.14.1
- Home Team: Provides the match sheet.
- Both Managers: Complete and sign the sheet after the match.
- Submit match sheets to the CDSFA office by the following Wednesday.
Note: Fines apply for errors or late submission.
9. How Are Games Decided in the Finals?
Rule 1.7
- Drawn Games: Extra time (5–10 minutes per half, depending on the age group) followed by penalties if required.
- Golden Goal Rule: First team to score in extra time wins.
- Washed-Out Matches: The higher-ranked team from regular rounds is declared the winner unless replayed.
10. How Can I Forfeit a Match?

- Notify your club 72 hours before the scheduled start.
- Late notifications incur fines.
